Here is an article on how to change the server version of your Minecraft server.

1) Navigate to control panel. Control panel

2) Locate the "Version" menu.

3) Choose the type of version you want: Vanilla/Paper/Spigot, etc.

4) Then, press "Install" on the version you wish to install on your server.

5) Restart your server.
